Chaos and Writing

There are a thousand small stories inside of me. Some days it feels like they are fighting. They each want to explode out of me. And yet, a small voice barely noticeable in the roar of words restrains them all. This voice holds the keys to my deepest and darkest fears. As long as this small voice is in control, very little manages to escape the chaos and make it to the outside world.

These stories are pieces of my soul. They are the experiences that have made me who I am, and they shape who I will become.

I joined this platform because I was looking for a space to share these stories. A small corner to allow these fragments of chaos to come into the sun. Maybe they will be read, and of course, there is a possibility that they will not. But, for me, that's neither here nor there.

Is the knowledge of a lifetime really any different than any other chaotic system? That is the thread that binds these stories together. They are my search for purpose or a pattern in the chaos of my mind. They are my search for meaning in the cosmos.

So, dear reader, I apologize in advance for the randomness that is bound to come out in these snapshots that I have challenged myself to bring before you. And I thank you for joining me on this journey through the pieces of my soul. Together perhaps we can find the thread that makes it all make sense.

Honestly, though, I doubt that very much. Either way, there are sure to be some beautiful parts of the human experience that we can discuss and explore together.
